Artwork Policy & File Guide

We print as is

We print your file exactly as you upload and approve it — we don't redraw, fix or colour-correct artwork. You'll see a proof of every sheet at checkout and approve it before paying. The builder's tools (Remove BG, Upscale, Halftone, Mirror) are optional and only run when you choose them.

Best files

• PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI at the size you want to print. A 10" wide print needs a file about 3000 px wide.
• Vector files (PDF, AI saved as PDF-compatible, EPS, SVG) — we render them at 300 DPI for you.
• JPG works, but has no transparency: the background will print unless you use Remove BG in the builder.
• Up to 200MB per file. Photoshop PSD files aren't accepted — export a PNG.

What the builder checks

• Resolution (DPI) at your size — green 250+, yellow 150–249, red under 150. Red files need your confirmation to print as-is.
• Solid background — we warn you when a background colour will print and offer one-click removal.
• Soft / semi-transparent pixels — glows, shadows and feathered edges print faint or speckled in DTF. Use solid colours where possible.

Design tips

• Keep lines at least 1pt (0.35 mm) thick and text at least 6pt.
• Leave transparent what should be the garment colour — don't add a white or black box.
• Check spelling and size before ordering. We print exactly what you send.

Artwork we won't print

We may cancel and refund any order containing:

• Trademarks, logos, team or league marks, characters or brand names you don't own or have written permission to use.
• Copyrighted images, photos of celebrities, or another creator's artwork without permission.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit content, or content promoting violence or illegal activity.

We may ask for proof of permission (licence or letter) at any time. If you can't provide it, we'll cancel and refund the order.
