Colour-managed printing

Good questions.
What is the minimum order?+
One sheet. Our smallest sheet is 22" × 22". Every sheet is 22 inches wide; you pick the length.
What files can I upload?+
PNG (best, with a transparent background), JPG, PDF, AI, EPS and SVG — up to 200MB each. Vector files are converted to 300 DPI automatically.
Do I have to arrange the designs myself?+
No. Upload your files, set the size and quantity, and press Auto-Build. We pack everything onto the shortest sheet and pick the cheapest size. You can still drag pieces around if you want.
Do you fix my artwork?+
No — we print exactly what you upload and approve. The builder warns you about low resolution, backgrounds and soft edges, and gives you optional one-click tools. At checkout you see a proof of every sheet and approve it before paying.
How fast is it?+
Standard turnaround is 2 business days; order by 2 PM Mountain and it counts from today. Need it sooner? Choose Rush at checkout for next business day (+20%) — included for Gold members. Turnaround starts once your artwork is approved. Shipping across Canada usually takes 1–5 business days and is free over $300. Silver and Gold members can pick up at our back door in Calgary (members only).
How do I press DTF transfers?+
Polyester: 260°F. Cotton: 305°F. Press 10–12 seconds with medium-high pressure, peel the film, then press again for a couple of seconds. Full step-by-step pressing instructions are on our Pressing instructions page and in every order email.
Can you cancel my order?+
Yes. We may refuse or cancel any order at any time — for example artwork with trademarks you don't own, or files that won't print well. If we do, you get a full refund.
